Can you revive people in skyrim

Store Page. Global Achievements. First time playing dis game an' like, I got caught stealin' in da first house in Riverwood. She was crazy an' out for blood. So y'know what do I do? It was in a matter of self defence, I killed her. Cooked her on the spot wit some magic fiyah. Anyway, this begins a huge rampage of stealing, getting caught and just killing everyone and ransacking the town anyway.

Some people I noticed you can't kill, but now their pissed at me an' I can't get nothin' done. I think I gotta go to dat Windhold place or somethin', I don't know I got one quest done from da trader an' like I wasn't even planin' on killin' em' but like, I accently picked up something I shouldn't of an' then he was out for my blood too.

Jeeze what's wrong wit this town? Anyway, killed him too. Barely anyone left in Riverwood, I can't get near to any other towns without them out for my head. I think I killed some important people. Would like ta get da trader back, or at least be able to find another one in another town dat doesn't want to kill me. My invintory is getting full. So like yeah, can I revive people somehow, or can I clear my reputation?

That said, I once had Adrienne Avenicci get killed by a vampire. Then resurrected by said vampire and turned to ash I'd never had that happen before, so maybe just enjoy the unique experience? A few minutes later, a courier shows up and gives me a letter offering condolences for the death of my still-alive friend and giving me gold she willed me.
